Ingredients:

• 50 ml Alkira Vodka
• 75 ml Pineapple Juice
• 25 ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 10 ml Simple Syrup (adjust based on your sweetness preference)
• Soda Water (to top off)
• Lime wheel and pineapple slice for garnish
• Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Alkira Vodka, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
3. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
5. Top off with soda water.
6. Gently stir to combine the ingredients.
